The theory beyond the invention claims that a particle will break along its weak points when it is exposed to certain aerodynamic conditions. The vortex mill creates those aerodynamic conditions which are like the tornado phenomena. A vortex spins tornado-like and aerodynamic conditions are created within the milling chamber for reduction in particle size to the desired size. Aerodynamic force is the main force for particle reduction in our mill which is unlike all other milling technologies that are based on mechanical force.
The Super Fine Vortex mill comprises a compact vortex chamber with no moving parts.

The milling process of the Super FineVortex mill is a continuous process. The final milling results are achieved in one milling stage. There is no need for more rounds.

Super Fine's Vortex mills require an air supply at a pressure of up to 6 bars. Compared to other mills that use compressed air, our technology consumes much less air in the same conditions when milling a specific material. Super Fine's innovative approach has a number of significant advantages over conventional technologies, which relay on mechanical forces to reduce particle size.



Super Fine's milling technology delivers a product of superior quality to that obtained by other milling technologies in the following parameters:

1. Uniformity
The centrifugal forces created by the Super Fine's mill are utilized to remove particles that have achieved a certain size, from the milling chamber. Eventually, all the material is in the chamber with a relatively narrow variance in particle size.

2. Ultra-fine
Very little dust / ultra-fine is created during the milling process.

3. Purity
There is no contamination during the process. There are no moving parts in the mill. The walls of the vortex chamber are lined with a material that is the same as, or harder than, the material being milled.



Super Fine's milling technology can significantly reduce milling costs for a number of reasons, as the following:

1. Low Energy Consumption
Super Fine's low-pressure work regime of 4 to 6 bars at a low airflow rate translates into low energy consumption.

2. Minimal Material Loss
Super Fine technology does not create "ultrafine" particles like most of the technologies that are based on mechanical forces.

3. Efficiency 
TheSuper Fine Vortex mill can accept relatively large inputs, up to 800 times the size of the micronize outputs for most materials. This milling ratio of 1:800 is far superior to that of the other air-mills.
